Taylor Shellfish Farms is a true Tai Hang staple. Tucked away in a quieter part of the neighborhood, it opens onto the street, making it the perfect sun-drenched spot for a Sunday brunch. Their dozen oysters and bottle of wine package is a winner—especially since you can hand-pick each oyster yourself. They are consistently fresh, but my top pick would be the French selection. Insider tip: I'd recommend visiting Tuesday through Sunday. The regular staff is lovely, but Mondays can be a bit hit-or-miss with the 'B-team' covering the shift!
