Please arrive at the Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry Pier harbour tour ticket office at least 15 minutes before departure to exchange your ticket. Late arrivals will result in invalid tickets
Once issued, tickets cannot be changed, refunded, or exchanged. Altered or damaged tickets will be considered invalid. Lost tickets will not be reissued
In case of severe weather conditions, such as Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, cruises will be cancelled and flight changes or refunds will be arranged depending on circumstance
