Blanc de Noirs is the newly opened champagne bar of The Landmark Mandarin Oriental. Online reservation is straightforward. The lounge is classy and elegant. However, the combination of the low ceiling and marble floor creates much echo, but nothing a thick carpet cannot fix. ^o^ Service is exceptional! While Naomi is helpful and accommodating, Tanguy is knowledgeable and patient. The recommended Blanc de Noirs champagnes are velvety and refreshing. Can’t wait for our next champagne date!

Highly recommend the filet o fish and ice cream, and Melon fizz cocktail. Champagne ritual around 10pm :) Bill was around 1.3k for 2 people, nice vibes !

This is fast becoming our weekly retreat if we can secure a booking of course, a bustling place with good champagne and delectable tidbits to go along. The 48-month choices of ham and fish sandwich never disappoint. Service is excellent as always.

Visited Blanc de Noirs and had a fantastic champagne-focused experience in Central. The space feels elegant and thoughtfully designed, with a black-and-white aesthetic that sets the tone for a refined evening. The highlight is definitely the champagne selection — with an extensive list available by the glass as well as a well-curated cellar of rare bottles. The food is designed to pair with the drinks and includes playful yet refined dishes like fillet-o-fish with caviar and ravigote mayo, gougères, and fried chicken with ranch-style dressing and caviar. Everything is geared toward complementing the champagne experience. Service is polished, and the concept of a “Champagne O’Clock” moment adds a fun, celebratory touch to the evening. Overall, a unique spot for champagne lovers looking for something indulgent and a bit different in Hong Kong.
