Dinner there recently: Nice vibe, good looking and tasty dishes, esp. the onion toast and lamb.
Third visit but very disappointed this time. Bread maintaining it's quality and serverd in ideal temperature. Recommended medium for the Lamb Saddle but overcooked it. Lobster Angnolotti was not bad but lack of layers in flavors. Not even a hint of garnish for the price. Washroom out of toilet papers and soap. I don't know how to feel because I used to be fond of this restaurant.
Limited food selection, so I went for the chicken as main. Skin wasn’t crispy, but still tasted fine, nothing special though. Beef tartare was just okay. The star of the night? The onion toast!!! amazing! Honestly, I’d come back just for that. Staff (a girl) were nice and welcoming, which made the visit pleasant
A romantic hidden gem in Sheung Wan! TRYST delivers cozy French bistro vibes with an intimate and warm atmosphere, perfect for a date night. The was the star—juicy, flavorful, and poured with rich jus tableside. The with fresh truffle was incredibly tender and decadent. We also enjoyed the classic, well-seasoned .
