The entire floor of the hotel smelled of moisture. They tried to hide the scent with room perfume, but even my clothes smelled after a 2-night stay. Other than that the room was clean, staff is nice and location is good.
As we know, hotel in HK really didnt have a very much space to begin with, however the room that i booked under this hotel really appropriately spacious for two people. We can walk around, have chair and table to sit and eat, open luggage flat on the ground, ironing clothes in the room and have a nice relaxing bath/shower. Other than that, the facilities provided were great. They have a small chiller, a kettle, instant tea and coffee, working tv cable, hair dryer and so on. The wifi were fast enough for you to update your social and downloading things. The proximity to MTR station was one of the reason i choose to stay here. In less than 1km, u can reach Wan Chai station easily, Besides that, it is also very near to tram station, as well as if you taking airport bus, u can easily stop at stop 10 (Luard Street) and walk to the hotel. There is plenty of convenience store nearby as well as restaurants. For muslim traveller, u can also easily found halal restaurant around 1km radius as well. Overall, a great place to stay!
First of all, the staff was very friendly and all spoke good English. The room was spacious and clean. Also, the location is great, walking distance from bars, restaurants, and subway stops. I woke highly recommend it and I look forward to staying here again when I come back to Hong Kong!
Room was a bit small but clean. Shower pressure and temp was great. Location is very close to train stations and many many many F&B options. Staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke English.
Jan 2025: Good size family room, good location but spoiled by lingering smell of cigarettes. Was meant to be a non-smoking room but obviously previous guests completely ignored that. They should install smoke alarms and warn guests who smoke. We had to have air con full blast at all times to make the air somewhat breathable.
