Overall, a good place to try. They have a lot of seafood - tons of variations of clams, crab, shrimp, and even abalone. You could also order a few items, such as lamb, scallops. Huge variety of drinks, alcohol included. Pretty good options of dessert. The price is high, around 388 HKD, so it’s worth trying it out, but I don’t think the value is there. There’s not much options if you don’t like seafood hot pot.

This place is super packed, because if you like seafood, there is no place better than this one! The seafood was fresh because of the high volume of customers, and the restaurant was huge as well. There is a time limit of two hours, which is quite rushed, but you can get your money’s worth if you focus on the seafood and nothing else. Everything else is just mediocre, but the seafood was definitely fresh. Reservation recommended, otherwise you’d be waiting for ages!

Freshest live seafood. Wide range of selection. Noisy but tolerable. Lovely experience.

Very rare to find free flow alcohol. There's hot sake. 😋 Seafood is very fresh. Suggest to make reservation.

This is a very popular place for fresh seafood hot pot in Hong Kong. I believe this location has been around for about a year or so. It's located inside a huge mall with many shops and restaurants. The entire 6th floor belongs to this chain. The appearance is absolutely grand with many booths for hot pot. We made a reservation but still waited for about 10 minutes. We were told that we have exactly 2 hours to enjoy our hot pot. Since this was our first time here, the time limit places extreme pressure on us which ultimately leads us to my rating. I certainly do NOT enjoy this dinner due to many reasons. First, there were so many people there fighting to get the premium seafood. The name of this place is exactly correct...Market. It's like you're in a fish market buying stuff to cook at home. Just didn't like this at all. Second, many of the seafood taste very fishy. I constantly have to eat the seafood with the sauce just to cover the fishy taste. Third, at more than $400 a person, it's just not worth it. Finally, with the amount of wasted food, just didn't feel that it's right for the environment. Service such as clearing your dishes was good. Staff was friendly. If you want to try this chain, make sure you know the process. When you arrive, immediately order your soup broth via your phone by scanning the QR code on your receipt. Then go get your sauces and seafood with the metal bucket provided on your table. We didn't know about this which took away some of our precious time. The restaurant should have provided some written instructions on the wall or tables. But if they did, I figured that people would become too efficient and ended up eating more seafood. Overall, I could NOT recommend this chain. Just too fast pace for us. Didn't enjoy the dinner regardless of how much seafood you can get or eat. Two hours is not a long time.
