Absolutely wonderful and legit french food. Reasonably priced and tasted amazing. I ordered the caviar appetizer that came with 2 champagne. Pate, scallop and chicken. Dessert: chocolate fondue and they gave us a complementary passion fruit creme bulee
Great hearty food, generous portion. Classic French bistro food. Super busy and energetic vibe. Interesting wine list with lots of organic wine option at reasonable price. We were rushed to return the table within 2 hrs though so it did feel quite rushed. Seating is a bit cramped.
Cute French bistro, the lighting was a bit bright for the night time. The place is a little cramped and small - sitting at the counter top meant getting bumped into the back every so often. The food was overall very good - we got the beef tartare and foie gras for starters, which I wish came with toast rather the soft bread it did come with. The foie gras was quite a generous portion and very very rich. The beef cheek and riz au lait were similarly of very good quality. Cocktails were average to good. Overall, good quality restaurant though I wouldn’t be in a rush to return anytime soon.
I walked past Bouillon numerous times but never tried it until now! This cozy French bistro, tucked away in Sheung Wan, has quickly become one of my favorite dining spots of 2026. The food is both decadent and comforting, and the ambiance is super warm and wholesome. The highlight for me was the grilled bone marrow spread on toasted bread with butter—it was simply divine! Both the beef bourguignon and the beef tenderloin topped with foie gras and truffles were cooked to perfection and truly hit the spot. For dessert, I tried their apple tart and lime sorbet with French vodka—also delicious! I noticed others ordering the passionfruit crème brûlée, which is definitely on my list for next time. I highly recommend giving this bistro a try!

A classic French delight! 🐌 🦴 Os à Moelle: Grilled bone marrow that melted in our mouths and brought the taste of Paris right to our palates! 🌟 🦞 Raviolis de la Mer: These heavenly ravioli were stuffed with lobster tail, seabass, and crab meat, drizzled in a flavorful lobster bisque! A seafood lover’s dream! 🦐 🍝 Risotto de Coquillettes: Creamy pasta combined with Comté cheese and truffle paste. It was indulgent and rich, perfect for comfort food lovers! 🧀 🐄 Boeuf Bourguignon: Tender beef cheeks simmered in red wine with Brussels sprouts and shallots. This dish was a full embrace of French flavors! 🍷 🐙 Poulpe à la Barigoule: The grilled octopus leg paired with artichokes and cherry tomatoes was a standout dish, bursting with freshness! 🍅 🍏 Tarte Tatin: We couldn’t resist ending the meal with this exquisite apple tart, served warm with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of salted caramel.
