Good location hotel. Every morning we can get simple but nice breakfast. It's not a big hotel, but we got a good service and this is one of our favorite hotel, when we stay in HK.
Stayed here a week or so ago, I always enjoy it for the location (heart of Wan Chai), and the rooms are clean, bright, and well lit. This time the hotel was low occupancy and the front desk was kind enough to upgrade me (for free!) to an amazing room with a terrific view... thank you very much!
very convenient location that is close to eateries, tram line, buses and MTR. The rooms are off adequate size and clean, despite the hotel rooms are a little dated. The remoom reflected the photos, demonstrating the honesty policy. Our room has a desk for any necessary work and extra place for the daily essentials. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Have stayed here several times before in transit. Ideal location, close to WanChai MTR and also Central MTR for access to Airport & Kowloon West high speed train terminal. Room was clean, really comfortable bed and great shower. Coffee machine on 5th floor a godsend. Close to conference centre and good food establishments near Cauesway Center.
Excellent customer services and room clean up services. Hotel traffic is very easy go to other places by MTR, buses , or trams. The behavior of the customer service is very helpful & nice. The rooms clean up service is very well and keep it so clean & tidy.
