Located on the main lobby flow, below the main buffet which is called the JW Cafe, which is located on the mezzanine level directly above The Lounge. The lounge is smaller overall and a good budget choice. It also shares the space with a separate bar, behind it, which has a live band during dinner. There are a few key differences and quality is not one of them. I feel it's better down on the lobby level, though they may have a smaller "kitchen." Being a smaller area, things are prone to running out while being more dense. It is more hectic down here as compared to upstairs.
