Had a tasting menu. The tortelloni, spring chicken and wagyu were great, and the rest was satisfactory. Would recommend sticking to just mainly the steak.
A very spacious steak restaurant located at a building which was previously a warehouse. When we were first greeted by the staff, we were already told they were short staffed and so we expected the service to be slow and not attentive. This was evident throughout the night. We ordered steak omakase and various other dishes such as clams, roasted spring chicken, crispy pork skin, carbonara with Chinese sausages which was interesting. The lobster bisque was tasty and the prawn toast was not bad. The steak was well cooked but I did not quite enjoy the Kagoshima waygu as it was just too rich and oily. This was also served as one of the last steak omakase dishes which kinda turned my appetite off.. The wine list was ok as I wished there were more red wine choices. Overall, it was a good experience.
Two-person omakase. Food quality and pricing were reasonable. Steak was good—thinly sliced yet size generous, cooked medium-rare (without asking), and well-seasoned. Lobster bisque was hot, rich, and high quality (shortfall-no brandy). Grilled squid with blue cheese was creative and tasty. Sea urchin and scallop tartare looked nice but disappointing in flavor - not recommended. Stylish interior despite being in an industrial building; large tables made the environment more comfortable than many restaurants. The biggest criticism of the entire meal was the service. The staff (male) spoke with a cold and arrogant tone, showed no smile. Moreover, they (Female) cleared away the appetizer plates and cutlery even though one appetizer had not yet been served. Food residue was left on the table completely unattended, and guests had to wrap it up themselves with napkins. At HKD 1,000 per person (no wine cost), the service level was unacceptable.
