Fish Bar, located inside the JW Marriott Hong Kong, is a restaurant I can highly recommend. The food options are diverse, and the flavors are truly successful. The air-conditioned indoor area is extremely comfortable, providing a great dining experience, while the beautiful pool view adds a wonderful vibe to the atmosphere. Even though getting to the restaurant through the hotel and finding car parking can be a bit time-consuming and not the quickest, the overall experience and the quality of the food make it well worth the effort. Definitely worth a visit!
Strategic and very suitable spot for a business lunch with a semi-relaxed atmosphere given the outdoor nature of the restaurant with the hotel pool right beside it. For lunch we were given the option between different types of fish, and could select if we wanted it chargrilled, pan-seared or steamed, etc. The service was great, the team was very attentive and helpful, portions arrived rather smaller than what we’d expected, but at least the texture arrived as what we had asked for. Came up to a relatively reasonable HK$950 for 2, without alcohol but with soft drinks. Acceptable given the nature of the location and ambience of the establishment I guess.
Nice environment for a poolside outdoor lunch during the day. Service was pretty good as well. Unfortunately, food was definitely not up to par.
6 Stars to service team. Very attentive, very well orientated. Especially mentioning Ryan who made our dinner time more enjoyable. Take great care to introduce and explain the food we ordered. Oysters superb fresh. Fish steak well done. If my stomach can take it. I would definitely order more. Go for it if you like fresh seafood.
