The best hotpot in town! We have been coming to Firewell for so many years and we love it every time! Raw materials such as beef seafood pork chicken are so fresh best quality you can find Appetizers are delicious Staff are very friendly and professional Highly recommended if you crave for hotpot
This is a great hotpot restaurant with high quality ingredients. The dumplings and the balls are all made in-house and never frozen, and the beef was also perfectly marbled. Service staff were friendly and efficient as well. Also a very short walk from HKU MTR station, very convenient indeed.
Visited here for their special hotpot crossover with Ser Wong Fun, a famous restaurant for snake dishes. We had drunken chicken and snake soup base, snake meatballs, snake meat dumplings and they’re all surprisingly good! Fire Well’s signature dishes like primal cut pork shoulders and sashimi are all good too! Will visit again for sure
this is a very good hotpot place to go. Not only fresh...... but have different rare item to order (need to reserve).
