Had an absolute 5-star brunch experience at Aqua in TST! The food was top-tier and the panoramic skyline views never disappoint, but what truly made our afternoon special was the exceptional service. A huge shoutout to Lenie, who looked after us throughout our meal. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and made sure every detail was taken care of without ever feeling intrusive. Thank you, Lenie, for going above and beyond to make our brunch so memorable. We will definitely be back soon!
We had an unforgettable dining experience here! The stunning Victoria Harbour skyline view made the atmosphere truly magical. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious—from the fresh beef tartare prepared tableside to the rich pasta and flavorful grilled beef. The fine wine paired perfectly with our meal. A special shoutout to our waitress, Christy, whose warm, attentive, and friendly service made our evening even more memorable. Her genuine hospitality truly made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for a romantic dinner or special celebration.
Beautiful restaurant, friendly and professional staff. Best view in Hong Kong. Food was delicious but very small portions. Drinks were good. My only concern was our server. She was excellent until a large party came in. Once they were seated, we were pretty much forgotten about. 2nd drink never came, had to be reminded, plates took a long time to clear, never came back to check on us. As we were celebrating a birthday, my husband has to ask multiple times for the cake we ordered and finally had to pay the bill while eating the cake because we were late to another event. My suggestion is if a server has a large party, to make sure and give them extra support so the other tables continue to get the excellent service expected.
Always a fan of Aqua as the food and ambiance is absolutely amazing! The view of the HK skyline is unbeatable of course. However, I am delightfully surprised by their new Japanese tasting menu! Previously, their tasting menu would include more sushi elements. However, this time they had more sharing plates that were hearty and so full of flavour! The service as impeccable and Lenie our server was absolutely amazing. Super professional, friendly and made us feel right at home! Definitely will come back again soon!
I had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant. We were seated by the window, and the view was simply beautiful. The food was delicious—every dish tasted fresh and well-balanced. Misama was especially thoughtful and attentive. She patiently explained each dish, making sure we understood what we were eating, and she was always there when we had questions. She also helped us take photos, which made the experience even more memorable. Thank you so much to Misama for her kindness and for proactively helping us throughout our meal.
