This is a great hookah place with various tobaccos including Russian ones. It has a beautiful terrace and nice staff. Might me hard to find through Chinese maps or Didi taxi, you need to use abbreviation TOT LOUNGE（皇庭广场店. Located outside on ground floor of Wangtee plaza. Come for great chill time!
Great place, I recommend it. The hookah is excellent. The atmosphere is VIP.
