Explore the zoo’s unique “natural habitat” enclosures—designed to let you get up close to animals without obtrusive barriers. Don’t miss the crowd-favorite polar bears, swimming gracefully in their glass-fronted pool, or the seasonal penguin parade. You’ll also spot Hokkaido-native species like red pandas and foxes, thriving in forest-like spaces that mimic their wild environments. From the zoo, your bus will pass by the Ken & Marry Spot for a drive-by view. Sit back and soak in Hokkaido’s iconic landscape—rolling green hills, sprawling dairy farms, and distant mountain peaks—without needing to disembark. Next, head to Shirahige Waterfall. Stretch your legs with a short stroll to the waterfall’s viewing platform, surrounded by lush forests and crisp mountain air. Afterward, continue to Shirogane Blue Pond, a postcard-perfect spot famous for its crystal-blue waters (a result of natural mineral deposits). Capture photos of its striking hue, which glows brightest in soft, diffused light. Your fourth stop is season-dependent: - June 15–September 15, 2025: Visit Tomita Farm, Hokkaido’s legendary flower farm. Wander through fields ablaze with lavender, sunflowers, and cosmos, and savor local treats like lavender ice cream. - All other times: Explore the Forest Elf Terrace, a charming, fairy-tale-like spot dotted with tiny wooden cabins and adorable elf plushies and figurines—ideal for quick photos and picking up small souvenirs. After the final stop, begin the return journey to Sapporo. The bus will make two drop-off stops: first at the Bus Parking Lot near JR Sapporo Station’s North Exit, then at Exit 31 of Odori Park Subway Station—marking the end of your tour.
