Important Information

• Each vehicle accommodates up to 6 guests, with infants counted as one person. For groups exceeding 6 guests, multiple vehicles will be required. Infants must sit on an adult’s lap, as child seats are not provided, but you may bring your own. Please provide the number of guests, pick-up time and location, drop-off time and location (if any), and luggage details (if applicable) during checkout. All surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the driver on the day of service. Remote pick up and drop off areas may require additional charges. Meet-and-greet service for airport pick-up is available upon request, subject to an additional charge. Standard service hours are from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. A surcharge of HKD 300 applies for service after 10:00 PM, and HKD 500 for service between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM. A holiday surcharge of HKD 300–500 applies on Hong Kong and China public holidays (e.g. Lunar New Year, May 1, July 1, October 1, December 24–26, December 31, January 1, etc.).
