Start your journey from Sham Shui Po, we are going to have an HK style breakfast, milk tea and sandwiches. Visit the working class neighbourhood and understand how they start their daily life. Looking at the small and compact living conditions around here. Food in Sham Shui Po: HK style breakfast and roasted goose and Cha Siu. We will go to Mong Kok and see the goldfish market and ladies markets. And we will also sit down to have a famous lunch on Michele star restaurants Food in Mong Kok: Wonton Soup, Beef Brisket noodles and Chinese pastry. We will then move to Central, in Central, the bustling financial hub of Hong Kong, marvel at the stunning skyline, where modern skyscrapers tower over historic buildings. Visit iconic landmarks like Status Square, Supreme Court and HSBC Bank. We will take the “ding ding” tram and go to the central market. Experience the world’s longest outdoor covered escalator system, which connects the bustling streets of Central to the residential areas of the Mid-Levels. This remarkable engineering feat is practical and a fun way to explore the vibrant neighborhoods along the way, SOHO. Stop by local eateries to savor delicious Hong Kong dim Sum at one of the hidden gems. Walking along SOHO and Hollywood road, you will see the expat neighborhood, this road is full of history between the British and Chinese communities. Visit the famous Man Mo Temple, dedicated to the gods of literature and war, and soak in the rich history and spirituality of the area. Food in Central: Dim Sum and Pan Fried Bun. We will finish our tour in Sheung Wan area, I can take you to metro station or other transportation stops
