Thank you for such a wonderful evening at Le Moment! The food was delicious, and the wine was excellent. Bob is a very kind, generous, and fun owner who made us feel incredibly welcome. I had a really great night and truly enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommended!!
My girlfriend and I came to Bob's Restaurant to celebrate our two-year anniversary after ChatGPT recommended it as a quiet, romantic place with exceptional food. It turned out to be one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, Bob made us feel incredibly welcome. We quickly discovered we both share a love of guitars and rock and metal music, and he even let me try a few of his guitars! He also changed the music for us and put on Alice in Chains – MTV Unplugged, which made the evening even more special. The food was absolutely outstanding. I genuinely told Bob that the quality of the steak and pork was the best I've ever had. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. To make the evening even more memorable, Bob kindly treated us to a few extra drinks and a complimentary dessert, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It may be a small restaurant, but that's part of its charm. The care, passion, friendliness, and attention to detail that Bob puts into every aspect of the experience make this place truly exceptional. We had an unforgettable anniversary, and we'll definitely be back. I couldn't recommend Bob's Restaurant more highly.
The best steak in town! For our main courses, we ordered the aged prime ribeye and the pork rack. Not only was the steak incredible, but the pork rack was also absolutely delicious! But the biggest surprise of the night was the mussels! I’m usually not a fan of mussels because I can't stand the fishy taste, but we decided to try them since the owner highly recommended them—and wow, what a pleasant surprise! The flavor and texture were completely different from any mussels I’ve had before. They were plump, incredibly smooth, and so fresh. Real, fresh mussels truly make all the difference. Bob, the owner was so nice and attentive, taking the time to chat with us about the ingredients, the wine, and the music. To top it all off, he generously treated us the cheesecake and whipped up an extra gin cocktail for us. Such amazing hospitality! Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. We will definitely be back!
steak, lamb, mussel and scallop all cooked to perfection. Even the tomato soup was rich and layered in different flavours 😋 bob is knowledgable in both food and music. great vibes and amazing conversations with bob, if you're lucky he'll play a few tunes for you too 🫶🏼🎶🎵
Wow this has, by far, been the best meal we had in HK. You can see the love of the staff for their restaurant and the food is amazing to a whole new level. I would 100% recommend to come here for dinner and let Bob lead you through this experience. Cant say enough good things about this place.
