Everything was fantastic. Every single dish was absolutely fabulous. There were no one dish that was not 100%. The pigeon was the best we have ever had. Service was amazing and the private room was so nice. I don’t understand why this is not a 3 Michelin restaurant. It was way better most of the 3 Michelin star restaurants in Hong Kong. Definitely going back again

A variety of colored kombu adds extra layers of texture. Refreshing and appetizing, with rich, well-balanced flavor notes ✨ House-made Sourdough Crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside. Served with brown butter, Okinawa brown-sugar soy sauce, and grated cheese. Had lunch at Arbor and it was seriously good 😋 Started with a cute "Nordic sushi" – potato salad with Norwegian salmon on top, surprisingly tasty. The tomato somen was super refreshing, perfect for Hong Kong weather. Then the murray cod came, so flaky and flavourful. Dessert was a rich chocolate dish, and the little madeleines with Okinawan citrus were a nice touch. Service was warm and chill, not too stiff. The view over Central is lovely too. For a two-Michelin-star place, lunch here feels like a great deal
Came here for the DiningCity set menu. I came with certain expectations given that it’s a Michelin two star restaurant after all. However, I don’t think it lives up to the hype. The food overall was just above average. I appreciated the attention to details and each dish mixes in a variety of flavors. However, the taste varies significantly by dishes. I loved the soup with the Hokkaido scallop and an amazing radish. The madeleine at the end was also a very delightful surprise. Everything else though was a bit of a miss. It was certainly a special experience but not one I would come back for.
This was my second visit to Arbor after being very impressed the first time. Unfortunately, this seasonal menu leaned heavily towards a Nordic style, which personally wasn’t my preference. While many dishes looked beautiful, the flavors didn’t always come together as smoothly as expected. Service was still professional, but it felt slightly less attentive compared to my previous visit. The atmosphere was also affected by a large group nearby, although the staff kindly moved me to another table later. Overall, still a good restaurant, but this particular seasonal menu didn’t resonate with me as much as before.
