10/10 would recommend. I particularly appreciate the 3 different levels for the cold plunge. All tubs are large enough that I would not feel uncomfortable during busy times. The changing rooms are very well equipped. The atmosphere is calm and restorative with an obviously meticulous attention to detail. The staff are all brilliant as well.
At first, I hadn’t heard of contrast therapy—but wow, what an experience. The facilities are clean and sleek, and everything about the space feels truly impressive. The facial service was also incredibly comfortable and professional. If you want to pair the experience with health-conscious drinks, there’s even a smoothie bar. Overall, this is definitely worth a visit—I highly recommend it.
The Ceremony is a beautiful new sanctuary for relaxation and recovery. The contrast therapy with the sauna and cold plunge was incredibly refreshing, and the space feels calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. A perfect place to unwind, recharge, and reset. Highly recommend!
Gorgeous space and lovely team of founders. The space is immediately calm even though conveniently located in the heart of Central. Design and facilities stand out as earthy, grounded and thoughtful. Lots of wellness drinks + spa treatments on offer, am keen to try more. Recommend!
I visited this wellness center for the first time and was absolutely delighted with the unique atmosphere, modern design, and relaxing aura. I also want to highlight the friendly staff, who are always ready to coordinate and advise on which treatment is best for you. The best in hk :)
