very good, the room has a great view of some nature and buildings with double curtains w a fridge where there is a pool on a floor and a gym a bit small but quiet at late hours. the housekeepers are friendly and helpful and good and u can choose whether dnd or they clean and if u have emergencies such as spillages they can come in the middle of tbe night to clean! the bed is great and comfortable and the shower is good too. The mtr is 5 mins if u walk fast and the receptionist can get u a taxi and help w luggage its convenient
Decent value hotel with clean rooms and basic amenities. Shower pressure is good. The bed is all mattress, no topper… on the harder side. WiFi is solid most of the time. Cleanliness quite good. Blackout curtains do the job 95%, so you get extra angry about the tiny space that is not covered 🤣 Air cleaner and dehumidifier are in the room. Nice touch. Shower amenities are also nice, no toothbrush ect. though. All in all solid and I would come back.
I've stayed 2 days, service was excellent and the room is good. I have a partial ocean view which is nice. They provided a free upgrade because the room that was in was not cleaned properly. It is about 10 minutes was from the nearest MTR station and it is located in the middle of a industrial area, so it is not tourist friendly. But for the price I think it is a fair trade off. Beware that the hotel is environment friendly that they do not provide any free personal supplies such as toothbrush, toothpaste etc. But they did provide one-time use flipflop. Overall it I recommend it, just pay a bit more over the budget hotel and you got a much better room and service.
I chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to family, since I had stored some luggage at their place. From the airport, it was about an hour by taxi, costing roughly HK$360. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with three staff members at the front desk. I was assigned Room 1505, a corner room with one double bed. I had assumed a “double” would be closer to a queen size, but that was not the case. The bed was smaller than expected, and the room itself felt quite tight—even by Hong Kong standards. That said, the essentials were solid. The Wi-Fi worked reliably, and the bathroom had strong water pressure with consistent hot water. Toiletries were from Elemis, which was a nice touch. The desk, however, was extremely small—so compact that it was difficult to sit comfortably and use it for any extended period. Daily housekeeping is available, though I chose not to use it. The TV offered a few international news channels, which I appreciated given the ongoing tensions involving the U.S., Israel, and Iran—it was helpful to stay informed. The hotel also offers breakfast, but we did not try it during this stay. Other amenities are limited and it would be great to have lotion too. The gym is quite small, and the pool was closed for maintenance at the time of our visit. Overall, every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional. Good rooms for short stay only. The electrical services, especially ,outlets for chargers should be improved to international standards as they would like to attract international clients/tourists. Most of the outlets were not working -usb ports could have been easily installed. Excellent breakfast /dining.
