For me the stand out experience is their facial - its the most effective manual massage I've experienced for lifting, and depuffing, even more so than many devices I've tried. Always leave with a bouncy, even complexion, defined contours and like I've actually slept!! Also the most luxurious sauna and cold plunge experience you can get in HK, love it

If you're not sure where to start, The Circuit is the perfect formula - it combines multiple therapies in one session and I genuinely couldn't believe how good I felt afterwards. The team really know their stuff and make you feel so welcome every time. The space is immaculate, feels super luxurious, and the views over the city are honestly stunning. It's such a proper escape from the chaos outside. I always walk out feeling like a new person, can't recommend it enough!
