I went for the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber for the first time. Cryo is conveniently located in Central and I found the service very professional, clean and efficient. Post the treatment I felt increased energy levels and mental focus and I am hoping the benefits will compound over time with future sessions.
What a wonderful experience here! I came for a 9 minute tanning session and the place was so cool! Staff were extremely helpful from the start and guided me to my room. The room was well equipped with everything + more that you need, with free tanning lotion and eye covers available for FREE ! The space was extremely clean, felt so relaxing and was overall such a vibe. I felt like an escape to another universe. Looking into getting a membership here as I've loved my first experience there so much.
I went in with heavy, stiff legs and some nagging knee soreness after a particularly grueling hike. The compression session was exactly what I needed—it felt like a deep, rhythmic reset for my lower body. I walked out feeling light, refreshed, and completely mobile again. If you’re a high-mileage hiker or spend a lot of time on your feet, this is a non-negotiable for your recovery routine. Highly recommended!
I wasn’t sure what to expect but I had a wonderful time. I had an infrared sauna, you get your own private room for the treatment, you can play your own music and change the lighting. The sauna is very comfortable and clean I could have stayed so much longer. I followed that with a sport massage, the therapist Mike first asked me if I had any areas of concern and I was really impressed with how he targeted them. The facilities are top notch, would definitely recommend
Had a fantastic experience! After a long day at work, lying in the pressure chamber watching Netflix was exactly what I needed. It’s incredibly relaxing and I left feeling so refreshed and energetic. The service was great too—the reception staff were very attentive and kind. Highly recommend!
