O’rm Korean Restaurant

This is hands down the BEST Korean restaurant in Hong Kong! The food is absolutely amazing — authentic traditional Korean flavors with a creative twist that you simply can’t find anywhere else in HK. Every dish feels special and thoughtfully prepared. You must try the Yuk Hoe and Soy Shrimp — they are absolute highlights and worth the visit alone. I highly recommend booking the Chef’s Table so you can experience Chef Dong Hee’s magic up close. He and his team will give you an unforgettable dining experience. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive, making the whole evening feel like a special occasion.
Great vibe and lively atmosphere, however food was just average or slightly better. The hospitality of the waiters and waitress here made you felt really welcoming, they also spent time and effort in explaining both the drink and food menu. However personally I felt the execution of the food was lacking to expectations. For example the cauliflower gangjeong and the kimchi pancake was not crisps at all. Only dish will praise is the beef tartare, which texture and taste hits the note. Would recommend here only if you’re interested in trying different types of alcohol from Korea, as many you won’t find elsewhere where in HK. (However price was quite marked up, there was a few bottles which we saw was 5-10times what you’ll pay in Korea) Don’t expect too much from the food. You also only have 1.5hrs dining time here which does feel a little rushed as you’ll be spending some time choosing and tasting your drinks for the night. However for the price of their food, its understandable. Booking at chef counter table is highly recommended.
Celebrated my 30th birthday at this fabulous Korean spot and had an absolutely amazing evening! The food was exceptional, beautifully presented and full of incredible flavour, while the drinks were unique and fun to explore, especially the variety of Korean beverages available to taste. The minimal, sleek interior design creates a stylish atmosphere, but what truly makes this place stand out is the staff and the energy they bring. A vibrant, welcoming place full of beautiful people and great vibes. Definitely a must visit if you’re in Hong Kong. ♥️
Hidden away near Central, it is a nice place for catching up with friends after work. The vibe is lively and fun, and even though it’s a bit cozy (tight seating!), the atmosphere really makes up for it. The service is quite good, nice chefs and staffs, which really gets everyone in a great mood. Plus, the starters are absolute standouts, and the staff genuinely seem to enjoy explaining every dish they bring to the table. Recommend it for a relaxed night out!
Experience: came here twice and had an amazing experience both times. The food is delicious and the staff are attentive. Food: Some standout dishes include the soy marinated shrimp, clams, wagyu beef mandu, LA Galbi, beef tartar, buckwheat noodle with perilla oil. Although the cauliflower, chuck flap, fried soy chicken, crab kimbap (not pictured), and kimchi prawn pancake was tasty, I wouldn't consider them as standout dishes and would prioritize eating other dishes. The kumquat salad I think can be skipped. Nothing special. Ambience: I wouldn't recommend coming as a big group as the layout of the restaurant is rectangular and long, and all the seats would require you to sit side-by-side, which would make it difficult to talk and interact if you're a big group. This place would be perfect to come as a couple.
