Amazing cocktails! This place was hugely popular with a line and no reservations accepted, but the line moves fast. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and knows their drinks really well.
Asias top 50 bars in 2025, so we had to come for round 2. Luckily it was not busy around 8pm when I arrived. Got here just in time to find out they had a golden weekend with Pokémon style packs when you order their specialty drink. Cool concept and seemed like every table wanted to try the earl grey caviar martini. The taste of it was not to our liking but it was not bad, just not our taste. I also ordered an oolong tea Collins which all I can say is I’ve had better. That being said friendly staff , there’s a mix of soda seating and bar stools , and a long menu for me to try next time
I Loved the experience at the Quinary. The cocktails are elegant, creative, and perfectly balanced, with beautiful presentation and high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is intimate and sophisticated, the perfect spot for a refined night out in Hong Kong. Highly recommended. 🍸
Super nice (cocktail) bar. Definitely worth a visit. Cocktails/Longdrinks were very good. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Even the bar snacks were outstanding.
No wait at 9PM. This spot turned out to be worth the price and hype better than I imagined—both the presentation and the flavors and the service truly deliver. I am the first time here and actually not sure what to order, the bartender offer an excellent introduction to everything. Big shout-out to them for making my night! If you are craving for something sweet after dinner, go for the lavender meringue pie. It’s like a lemon tart but with a light, airy foam on top—super refreshing and not too heavy. The earl grey caviar martini is definitely a must if you want the classic cocktail of the house, it will not disappoint you at all.
