I was really impressed with it. They have all the right setup for a music focused club (no phones, space is laid out nice, equipment) so I'd 100% recommend it if you want to go out or see something you're interested in. Also good vibes from the ppl who were there
Taking its name from the Chinese character for roof/shelter, this spot lives up to its name as a spot for all music lovers. Similar to Berlin clubs, they have a strict no photo policy and no dress code, which I really love. It filters out the ones who are there for the music vs those who are there for the image. The sound system is insaneeee. It’s located in a commercial building - it takes some time to queue to get in the small elevator. And the club is quite small and it can get realllllly hot. But it’s also a club that keeps it vibing till sunrise ✨ so pumped to catch the legendary Jane Fitz playing an all night vinyl set 🥹definitely one of the highlights of my year! 🫶
Lovely club with very good programming, I always make an effort to come here when visiting as it’s the only venue in HK offering this kind of focus on electronic music - invaluable for the city! The drinks are a little pricey but for the intimate venue size this is understandable. Crowd is always friendly - it’s the kind of place you can go safely by yourself. Staff are quick, welcoming, and seem to love the music too. Will be back again and again!
Traveling through Hong Kong last August, and saw one of my favorite HK artists (Mr. Ho) was playing. This place is awesome! GREAT vibe, nicely tuned Funktion One sound, and decently priced drinks. As we are from Las Vegas, small clubs with great music programming, sound and an unpretentious dance floor are a real treat for us. Can’t wait to come back!
