Always an amazing experience at The Ice Bath Club. The social sauna combined with the two big ice baths were much needed after a long day at the office and after working out. The magnesium hot bath is always a good reward after! Love the new space!
Really enjoying the new Ice Bath Club location in Central. The location is super convenient, and the interior design feels thoughtfully done, with a clean, calming atmosphere. The flow feels organic and natural, making it easy to move between the different areas. What stood out to me was the starry night ceiling and the sound inside the sauna, which elevates the experience to another level. Well done!

Honestly the best recovery place in whole Hong Kong! Feels very cozy and comfortable. The staff is super nice and helpful and the facilities are amazing!
