I stayed here for three weeks. Originally I only booked one week, then extended and extended again. The location was super nice, 30 sec walking distance to MTR station. The service and staff were amazing, they were always ready and willing to support. Special thanks to housekeepers and front desk staffs, they were polite and proactively asked if anything they could do with a big smile, the main reason I chose to extend my stay here (instead of going to somewhere else). The room was large, not something easy to find in HK Island, but price was affordable. Highly recommended!
I got the room on the highest floor which is level 33, my colleagues is at level 8, the difference of the room quality is shocking. I have electric blinds, the room looks newly renovated, plaster ceiling and better furniture all around. The lower level rooms looks and smell old.
The hotel is in a prime location. Rooms are quite small but ticks most of the columns. Breakfast offered is quite a spread and delicious. Swimming pool and gym are available. I was on a higher floor which had quite an view. Only thing which was negative is no mineral water bottles provided in room, atleast they should have provision of normal water been provided to guests.
